Leave policy:

Sick leave: pls advise a minimum of 4 hours in advance with doctors' certificate Other leave: pls advise a minimum of 4 days in advance

For Stage 1, 2 and 3 TWO swapping of lessons per stage are granted* [If swaps are unsucessful, 2 make up lessons or revision lessons** per stage are allowed. Such lessons to be completed before the end of that particular stage]
For Stage 4 This is the final stage of 5 lessons covering challenging top schools' questions and to be conducted partially in mock settings as final brush up. One swapping of lesson is granted* Additional swaps due to "clash with interviews" are allowed*

Typhoon or black rain leave
We provide make up* for these absences as we hope children would not miss out on important syllabus.

* Subject to seats' availability
** Date and time of make up or revision lessons wil be advised in advance.
Kindly note that further make up can not be arranged if child can not attend these lessons.
