Leave policy: 

 

Schools' Interview clash leave: 

We provide UNLIMITED swap or make up class for leave due to clashes with primary schools’ interviews.  Pls notify us at least 4 days in advance.

 

Sick leave: 

We provide swap or make up class* for sick leave with doctor’s certificate. Pls notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

 

Other leave:

Our program is fast pacing.  Pls reserve and “fixed”  Smarties House’s weekly class time to avoid absences which will disturb  your child’s progress.  Should there be a real need for leave, 2 swaps or make up per Stage are allowed.   Pls notify us at least 4 days in advance.

 

Typhoon or black rain leave

We provide make up* for these absences as we hope children would not miss out on important syllabus.  

 

 

Note:

Date and time of swap or make up will be arranged and mutually agreed in advance.  Kindly note if a child did not attend this lesson, further make up is unlikely feasible. In the event further make up class is specially arranged, an admin fee will be charged.  (Duration: Private make up is around 30 mins.  Semi-private of max 3 students is around 45mins.   Group class is 1 hour.)

黃色暴雨 或 紅色暴雨	---	照常上課
黑色暴雨	上課時間內懸掛   06:15am-11:00am仍然懸掛 11:00am前除下   11:00am後仍然懸掛	繼續上課，但家長可提早接回其子女   12:45pm或之前的班別停課 1:00pm或以後的班別照常上課   全日停課
8號或以上  颱風訊號	上課時間內懸掛   06:15am-11:00am仍然懸掛 11:00am前除下   11:00am後仍然懸掛	停課，家長可即時接回子女   12:45pm或之前的班別停課 1:00pm或以後的班別照常上課   全日停課

若有任何異議，Smarties House 擁有最後之決定權。
